1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, submitting information through, or using www.jprosoccer.com, registering for services, participating in programs, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with JPro Soccer Co. LLC ("JPro Soccer"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.

If you are registering a minor athlete, you acknowledge that you are the athlete's parent or legal guardian and have authority to agree on their behalf.

2. SERVICES

JPro Soccer Co. LLC provides services that may include:

• Elite private soccer training 
• Goalkeeper-specific training 
• Small group training 
• Camps and clinics 
• Events 
• Performance analysis 
• Educational programs 
• Digital content 
• Merchandise and affiliated products 

Services may be modified, rescheduled, expanded, or discontinued at any time.

3. ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that athletes:

• Are physically capable of participating 
• Have consulted a physician when appropriate 
• Notify JPro Soccer of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, restrictions, or concerns before participation 

JPro Soccer coaches are not medical professionals.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in soccer training, goalkeeper training, athletic conditioning, camps, clinics, events, and related activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

• Falls 
• Slips 
• Collisions 
• Strains 
• Sprains 
• Fractures 
• Head injuries 
• Concussions 
• Heat-related illness 
• Equipment-related injuries 
• Serious bodily injury 
• Permanent disability 
• Death 

Parents and guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

5. HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering for services, parents and guardians acknowledge:

• Their athlete is physically able to participate. 
• Their athlete has been medically cleared when appropriate. 
• They will disclose known injuries, restrictions, or medical conditions before participation. 
• They understand participation may aggravate existing conditions. 

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, parents, guardians, participants, and users agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

JPro Soccer Co. LLC, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, partners, facilities, volunteers, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in programs or use of services.

This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct where prohibited by law.

7. EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

Parents/Guardian authorize JPro Soccer Co. LLC to obtain emergency medical treatment if necessary when immediate contact cannot be made.

Parents/Guardian remain financially responsible for all medical costs.

8. MEDIA RELEASE

Unless a written opt-out request is submitted, parents/guardian grant JPro Soccer Co. LLC permission to photograph, record, and use images, video, audio, testimonials, and likenesses for:

• Marketing 
• Advertising 
• Social media 
• Website content 
• Educational materials 
• Promotional materials 

No compensation will be provided.

9. SCHEDULING, WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS

JPro Soccer reserves the right to:

• Reschedule sessions 
• Relocate sessions 
• Modify activities 
• Cancel activities 

due to weather, field conditions, safety concerns, emergencies, coach availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payment policies, cancellation policies, package expiration dates, and refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase.

JPro Soccer reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

11. AFFILIATE & THIRD-PARTY PARTNERSHIPS

JPro Soccer may collaborate with third-party organizations, sponsors, affiliates, vendors, and partners.

JPro Soccer is not responsible for products, services, policies, or actions of third-party organizations.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including:

• Logos 
• Branding 
• Images 
• Videos 
• Graphics 
• Written content 
• Training methodologies 

remain the property of JPro Soccer Co. LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
